Dr. Wesley Curry offers executive coaching that combines real-world healthcare leadership experience with an objective, outside perspective. As a physician leader, former CEO, healthcare advisor, and certified executive coach, he helps healthcare executives strengthen their leadership effectiveness, solve complex problems, advance their careers, and achieve organizational goals.

He rose through multiple levels of leadership to become CEO of the largest independent multispecialty physician staffing company in the nation. His responsibilities included business development, operations, management services, communications, information technology, and legislative advocacy.

Dr. Curry has also worked with more than 100 hospitals and numerous physician groups to improve hospital-physician relationships, operational performance, competitive positioning, and market share. He has advised physician organizations considering acquisitions, mergers, partnerships, and continued independence, and has provided healthcare expertise to organizations including Gerson Lehrman Group, AlphaSights, and Ridgetop Research.

His coaching philosophy is practical and results-oriented. Clients gain greater clarity, develop new behaviors and skills, and strengthen their ability to lead through change and complexity.

Dr. Curry earned his Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School, completed his Internal Medicine Residency at UCSF, received a Certificate of Professional Development from The Wharton School, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stanford University.
